Who We Are
Orange Crush Festival® is a nationally recognized cultural and music festival that began as a grassroots HBCU spring break gathering and has evolved into a powerful, multi-dimensional movement. We are the official trademark owners and organizers of the annual Orange Crush Festival, backed by the nonprofit Orange Crush University, powered by Crush Coin Crypto Bank, and amplified through CRUSH Magazine and Crush Label. We are a 100% Disabled Veteran-Owned and federally incorporated entity with deep roots in community, culture, and innovation.
What We Do
We host the iconic Orange Crush Festival — a vibrant celebration of music, culture, and student empowerment. We also operate a nonprofit university arm for education and civic engagement, a digital-first magazine and content platform, and a DAO-powered crypto bank and token economy. Through events, technology, education, and entertainment, we deliver a unified CRUSH™ experience that empowers students, artists, and communities.

We believe in the power of community, creativity, and opportunity. Our mission is to elevate culture while providing tangible platforms for education, entrepreneurship, and empowerment — especially among HBCU students, veterans, artists, and underserved communities.
