To begin your partnership with CRUSH Music Label, an initial payment of $1,350 USD is required. This fee covers your first consultation, project planning, and access to our core resources and services.

To ensure continuous growth and dedicated support, CRUSH Music Label charges a monthly management fee of $250 USD. This fee covers the ongoing services and resources provided to help you succeed in your music career.

What the Monthly Fee Includes:

Fee and Payment Terms

1. Initial Payment

The Artist agrees to pay CRUSH Music Label a non-refundable initial payment of $1,350 USD prior to commencement of services. This payment covers the initial consultation, project planning, onboarding, and access to label resources.

2. Monthly Management Fee

The Artist shall pay a monthly management fee of $250 USD to CRUSH Music Label. This fee is due on or before the first day of each month and covers ongoing artist representation, marketing, project coordination, royalty management, and access to educational workshops and networking opportunities.

3. Payment Methods

Payments may be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved cryptocurrency, including Crush Coin.

4. Billing and Invoicing

CRUSH Music Label will provide monthly invoices to the Artist. Payments not received within 15 days of the due date may be subject to late fees or suspension of services at the label’s discretion.

5. Term and Termination

The management fee will be billed over a contract term of twelve (12) months, beginning upon execution of this agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, any unpaid fees remain due immediately.

6. Adjustments

Any adjustments to fees or payment schedules must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
