How do I receive my VIP ticket?
After purchase you’ll receive a confirmation (email/SMS depending on platform). Bring your QR code and a valid ID that matches the purchaser name (or follow the transfer rules in your platform).
Does VIP guarantee entry no matter what time I arrive?
VIP gives priority, not immortality. Venues can stop entry due to capacity, curfew, safety, or city rules. Your best results come from arriving during the published entry window.
Is VIP refundable?
Typically, tickets are final sale unless the platform/venue states otherwise. If an event is rescheduled, follow the instructions issued by the ticketing platform.
What’s the difference between VIP and VVIP?
VVIP generally includes the strongest priority lane/entry windows, best positioning, and hosted check-in where offered. Exact benefits can vary by venue.
Can I upgrade after purchase?
If upgrades are still available, yes. Use the ticketing portal and select an upgrade add-on. Some events allow upgrades at the door, but that’s not guaranteed.
