On behalf of the Orange Crush Festival, I respectfully submit the official 2026 ticket pricing system, event structure, and operational overview for the upcoming regional festival scheduled for April 17–19, 2026.
This year’s format reflects significant improvements in safety planning, crowd management, traffic control, vendor regulation, and city alignment. The updated ticketing framework is part of a broader, multi-city operational strategy designed to:
1. Reduce congestion and overcrowding
by spreading high-volume events across controlled activation zones in Savannah and Allenhurst.
2. Strengthen on-site public safety coordination
with designated EMS zones, fenced activity areas, radio-equipped staff, and verified security personnel.
3. Support local economic impact
through contracted local vendors, hospitality partners, small businesses, student organizations, and tourism partners.
4. Improve transparency for all cities
via standardized pricing, regulated vendor operations, media credentialing, and clear access tier systems.
