College & Alumni Girlz: Put the Reunion on Your Playlist

CRUSH Magazine | Plug Not A Rapper Music Spotlight

The reunion starts before anybody reaches campus.

An old friend sends a picture. Somebody finds the group chat. The conversation jumps from “Remember when?” to “Who’s coming?”

“College & Alumni Girlz” gives that college-and-alumni connection a place in the Plug Not A Rapper catalog. Appearing on Crushtober University 21+, the 4-minute, 54-second track is credited to Mr Crush, Plug Not A Rapper and Party Plug Mikey.

For this CRUSH Magazine spotlight, the invitation is to discover the record with the people who make those reunions worth planning.

A Catalog Pick for the Homecoming Conversation

Homecoming brings different chapters of life into the same gathering. Current students meet returning graduates. Former classmates introduce new friends. People who haven’t seen each other in years pick up a conversation.

The title “College & Alumni Girlz” speaks directly to that shared world. It gives this feature a clear audience and a specific setting: adult listeners building their own soundtrack for reunions, college nightlife and alumni weekends.

Add the song to the listening session while plans come together. Let everyone hear it, compare favorites and decide what travels into the weekend’s playlist.

Give the Women Organizing the Weekend Their Moment

Somebody keeps the plans moving.

She remembers who needs a ride. She gets everybody into the picture. She sends the address again without making a big deal of it.

Let this edition be an invitation to include those friends in the celebration. Ask what they want to hear. Give them a turn choosing the music. Make sure the person documenting everybody else’s weekend appears in the memories, too.

Start with “College & Alumni Girlz,” then let the group build the rest.
