FUKK FRIENDS: FROM A SAVANNAH PERFORMANCE TO THE TYBEE PLAYLIST

CRUSH Magazine | Music + Savannah Culture

Before imagining a record in a new setting, it helps to see the artist perform it.

“Fukk Friends” by Plug Not A Rapper featuring PartyPlugMikey gives listeners that opportunity. A live-performance video associated with The Wormhole in Savannah is available on Apple Music, alongside the recorded song.

For the Orange Crush Tybee Festival Reloaded music series, that Savannah connection gives the selection a local point of entry. Listeners can watch PartyPlugMikey onstage, hear the recording separately and decide how the song might fit within a Tybee performance set.

The title introduces an adult relationship conversation directly. It is another part of the catalog for listeners who have already explored “GOOD GOOD,” “Somebody Bih” or “Fuck 2 Good” and want to hear more.

Start with the live video. Notice the performance and how the song comes across in that setting. Then open the recording and decide which version you want to share.

For people following Mikey from Savannah to the coast, “Fukk Friends” connects a documented performance with a song that remains available to discover today.

Watch the Savannah performance. Hear the record. Keep “Fukk Friends” in the conversation.
