GREATEST: PLUG NOT A RAPPER PUTS THE NAME ON THE RECORD

CRUSH Magazine | Orange Crush Tybee Festival Reloaded Music Spotlight

Calling a song “Greatest” makes a statement before the first note plays.

Plug Not A Rapper’s “Greatest” brings that confidence into CRUSH Magazine’s Orange Crush Tybee Festival Reloaded music series. The record has an official video, giving listeners a way to meet PartyPlugMikey through both the song and its visual.

The title fits a familiar part of the Tybee conversation: people arrive ready to represent their city, their crew and themselves. Everybody has an opinion about who brought the best look, who chose the best music and which moment deserves to be remembered.

“Greatest” gives that conversation a Plug Not A Rapper selection to explore. Watch the video before the weekend, then put the song beside “Mikey Tyson” and “My Turn” as you get familiar with more of Mikey’s catalog.

For people who know PartyPlugMikey through Orange Crush, this is a chance to connect the personality with a recording. For longtime listeners, it is a reason to revisit an older visual and bring it to someone discovering the artist for the first time.

Watch “Greatest” and decide where it belongs in your Tybee rotation.
