Responsibilities:

• Liaise between vendors, festival staff, and students

• Manage vendor setup, booth coordination, and inventory tracking

• Ensure compliance with festival guidelines and safety protocols

• Support onsite logistics for festival weekends

• Assist with merchandise, ticketing, and promo activations
