ORANGE CRUSH WEEK 1: Orange Crush Festival® weekend (April 9-13) WEEK 2: “Crush Reloaded™” Orange Crush Weekend Aftermath (April 17–19) Receives Permit Approval as the Official Second CRUSH Weekend

ORANGE CRUSH WEEK 1: Orange Crush Festival® weekend (April 9-13)

WEEK 2: “Crush Reloaded™” Orange Crush Weekend Aftermath (April 17–19)

Receives Permit Approval as the Official Second Weekend of the Historic Regional Spring Break Event

For the first time in Orange Crush® history, the second weekend — long known informally as the “after-weekend” or overflow weekend — has now been formally recognized with its own permit: April 17–19, 2026.

This weekend has traditionally formed after the real Orange Crush® weekend, created organically by student overflow, travel extensions, and returning visitors. It has never been the historic weekend — but it has always existed in the cultural shadow of the real one.

**The Official Designation of Week 2:

CRUSH RELOADED™ — The Aftermath Weekend**

With a formal permit now granted and with federal trademark leadership in place, Crush Reloaded™ becomes the official second weekend of the regional Orange Crush® tradition.

Why Week 2 Exists

  • Overflow crowds staying beyond the main weekend

  • Students returning for “Round 2” year after year

  • Local businesses benefiting from extended spring-break activity

  • Social media momentum spilling into a second weekend

This created a consistent pattern over a decade:

🔸 Week 1 (April 10–12) = The Historic Orange Crush® Festival®

🔸 Week 2 (April 17–19) = The Aftermath Weekend, now branded as Crush Reloaded™

2026: The First Year Both Weekends Are Under Trademark Ownership

For the first time, BOTH weekends are:

  • Legally structured

  • Professionally organized

  • Trademark-compliant

  • Not controlled by imitators

  • Part of a unified official festival rollout

This creates a safer, clearer, more organized two-week structure for students, cities, and partners.

**Week 2 = Official Aftermath Weekend

CRUSH RELOADED™ — APRIL 17–19, 2026**

Not a replacement.

Not an imitation.

Not a competing event.

It is the official, trademarked continuation of the historic weekend.
