SIP SUM UNIVERSITY AVE: TAKE THE CRUSHTOBER CONNECTION TO TYBEE
CRUSH Magazine | Music + Weekend Culture
College weekends have their own vocabulary: the avenue everybody knows, the place friends agree to meet and the song someone puts on when the plans finally come together.
“Sip Sum University Ave” brings that setting into Crushtober University 21+, the project credited to Mr Crush, Plug Not A Rapper and Party Plug Mikey. Now CRUSH Magazine is bringing the selection into its Orange Crush Tybee Festival Reloaded listening series.
The song title connects a social invitation with a campus address. That makes it a distinctive next stop for listeners exploring the college-inspired world of the project—especially after “College & Alumni Girlz” and “Crush Da Yard.”
The Tybee connection is about the people around the music. Friends travel together, reconnect and decide what belongs in the weekend’s rotation. “Sip Sum University Ave” gives them another Plug Not A Rapper record to hear and share.
Open the project and find the track. Listen with the people making the trip, then compare it with the other Crushtober University 21+ selections. Choose the records you want to bring along, and keep exploring after the weekend ends.
The plans are coming together. Add “Sip Sum University Ave” to the conversation.
