THE 21-TRACK PARTY CURRICULUM
MR CRUSH BUILT A 21-SONG UNIVERSITY — AND EVERY RECORD HAS ITS OWN DEGREE OF MADNESS
CRUSH MAGAZINE | THE CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+ SPECIAL EDITION
SAVANNAH, GEORGIA — OCTOBER 2026
From HBCU homecoming traditions and Southern nightlife to basketball culture, anime references, outrageous romance, and Halloween mischief, CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+ introduces an entire adult entertainment campus through 21 individual records.
BREAKING CAMPUS NEWS: THE DEAN HAS LOST CONTROL OF THE STUDENT BODY.
The football players have taken over the stadium.
The alumni are arriving with expensive outfits and unfinished business.
The dancers have declared the courtyard their personal property.
Somebody is flirting in the student center.
Somebody else is arguing about basketball.
The anime club has apparently developed a superiority complex.
The nightlife department has extended its hours indefinitely.
And somewhere in the middle of this beautifully organized chaos stands MR CRUSH, a Savannah-rooted entertainer whose university has one very unusual admissions policy:
YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE A STUDENT TO ENROLL. YOU JUST HAVE TO BE GROWN ENOUGH TO HANDLE THE EXPERIENCE.
Welcome to CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+.
Twenty-one tracks. Twenty-one assignments. A curriculum where the subject matter moves from competition to connection, from campus pride to adult nightlife, and from athletic ambition to the playful absurdity of contemporary pop culture.
This isn’t an album pretending to be a college.
It’s an artist using the idea of college to organize an entire entertainment universe.
And this semester, CRUSH Magazine is going inside every classroom.
THE OFFICIAL 21-COURSE CATALOG
FIRST SEMESTER: THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE IS ALREADY OVERBOOKED
01. GOIN
DEPARTMENT OF MOMENTUM & MAJOR MOVES
The orientation course: stop talking about going somewhere and actually move.
Before CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY introduces its stadium, its social clubs, its alumni, or its after-hours activities, the first record establishes a simple question.
WHERE WE GOIN?
The genius of opening with a title this direct is its flexibility.
Going to the homecoming?
Going to the party?
Going to get money?
Going after an opportunity?
Going somewhere people said you couldn’t reach?
The word works as an invitation, a challenge, and a declaration of forward movement.
For Mr CRUSH, whose creative identity spans music, festivals, athletics, and nightlife, that single word provides an appropriate entrance.
A university cannot come alive until somebody arrives.
And an album cannot begin until somebody presses play.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Make your entrance. Bring your people. Don’t wait for permission to enjoy the semester.
02. F*** 2 GOOD
DEPARTMENT OF ADULT RELATIONSHIPS & QUESTIONABLE DECISIONS
The relationship elective that requires a signed waiver before registration.
Every university has courses that challenge a student’s judgment.
This one might challenge the entire student handbook.
With its deliberately provocative title, “F*** 2 Good” introduces the adult relationship territory of CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY almost immediately.
Attraction. Temptation. Romantic complications. The difference between what people know they should do and what they sometimes want to do anyway.
The title captures a recognizable tension without needing an elaborate explanation.
Some situations are complicated precisely because the chemistry is difficult to ignore.
It’s an outrageous second course, and that’s the point.
CRUSH isn’t introducing a sanitized campus experience.
He’s introducing a 21+ world where people have desires, personalities, contradictions, and consequences.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Study the difference between chemistry and good judgment. Extra credit is not guaranteed.
03. HI
DEPARTMENT OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS & SOCIAL CHEMISTRY
Two letters. Unlimited possible outcomes.
After the deliberately explicit second track comes one of the shortest titles on the album.
“Hi.”
A greeting.
An opening.
The smallest possible invitation to a larger conversation.
The contrast is fascinating from a sequencing standpoint.
One track announces complicated adult attraction. The next reduces human interaction to its simplest beginning.
Picture a homecoming reunion.
Two people recognize each other across a crowded room.
Maybe they were classmates. Maybe they haven’t spoken in years. Maybe they’re meeting for the first time.
Everything that happens afterward begins with an introduction.
The title makes this record a natural conceptual companion to the album’s relationship material.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Introduce yourself. Your entire semester might change because of one conversation.
SECOND SEMESTER: THE CAMPUS IS OFFICIALLY OPEN
04. SIP SUMN UNIVERSITY AVE
DEPARTMENT OF CAMPUS NIGHTLIFE & SOCIAL GEOGRAPHY
Welcome to the street where the syllabus ends and the weekend begins.
Every legendary college environment has its unofficial social landmarks.
A favorite avenue.
A restaurant everyone remembers.
A parking lot where everybody gathers.
A strip of businesses that becomes the center of alumni activity whenever homecoming arrives.
“Sip Sumn University Ave” gives the CRUSHTOBER universe its own address.
The title immediately suggests an adult social atmosphere, a destination, and a gathering place.
It’s also one of the records that most clearly transforms the album from a collection of unrelated concepts into an imaginary campus.
The audience can picture the setting.
University Avenue isn’t just a place to pass through.
It’s where the weekend develops its personality.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Find your people, enjoy the atmosphere, and make University Avenue part of the story.
05. MEAC HOMECOMING
DEPARTMENT OF HBCU HISTORY, PRIDE & CULTURAL CELEBRATION
The required course in why homecoming is bigger than football.
Few American college traditions combine athletics, alumni identity, music, fashion, and community quite like HBCU homecoming.
“MEAC Homecoming” brings the cultural language of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference into CRUSH’s university concept.
The reference opens the door to the broader world of historically Black college traditions: marching bands, tailgates, student organizations, rivalries, Greek-letter culture, and generations of alumni returning to celebrate where their stories began.
For a Savannah-rooted artist with meaningful connections to Savannah State homecoming culture, this subject has a particular resonance.
Savannah State’s history, its Tiger identity, and the surrounding community provide a real-world cultural backdrop to the imaginative world CRUSH is constructing.
This record’s title is a reminder that homecoming is not merely a date on an athletic schedule.
It is a gathering of generations.
A celebration of belonging.
A social reunion with a soundtrack.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Represent your school, respect the legacy, and remember that the alumni helped build the culture you’re enjoying.
06. CRUSH DA YARD
DEPARTMENT OF CAMPUS PRESENCE & PUBLIC PERFORMANCE
The courtyard is officially under new management.
If “MEAC Homecoming” introduces the traditions, “Crush Da Yard” moves into the center of campus social life.
The yard is where reputation becomes visible.
Where dancers draw circles.
Where organizations show their pride.
Where fashion gets noticed.
Where personalities compete without anyone officially keeping score.
The title is also a clever extension of the artist’s own name.
CRUSH isn’t simply attending the yard.
He’s turning it into a declaration of identity.
“Crush Da Yard” connects the artist’s brand directly to one of the most recognizable settings in Black college culture.
The phrase suggests confidence, participation, and the desire to make an unforgettable impression.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Step onto the yard like you belong there. Leave people with something to remember.
07. ARCH MADNESS FT. TYNIEE
DEPARTMENT OF QUARTERBACK SCIENCE & CHAMPIONSHIP PSYCHOLOGY
The athletic scholarship just became a headlining opportunity.
Now the university turns toward the stadium.
“Arch Madness,” featuring TYNIEE, uses football imagery and the quarterback archetype as a creative foundation.
The title’s connection to Arch Manning opens a recognizable world of football expectations, elite talent, media attention, pressure, and competitive identity.
But for Mr CRUSH, the quarterback is more than an athlete.
He’s a symbol of control.
Decision-making.
Leadership.
Confidence under pressure.
The ability to command an entire field while everybody else reacts.
Bringing TYNIEE into the record adds a featured-artist dimension to the curriculum, giving the album a collaborative moment within its athletic universe.
And the football theme fits naturally into the larger homecoming concept.
Because on a college campus, the game may occupy only a few hours.
But the spectacle surrounding it can define the entire weekend.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Take command of your position. Read the defense. Make your own highlight reel.
THIRD SEMESTER: SOCIAL LIFE IS NOW A FULL-TIME MAJOR
08. BIGBOOTIEZANTHEM
DEPARTMENT OF DANCE FLOOR STUDIES
The student body has officially requested a bigger dance floor.
There was never any chance that CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+ would graduate an entire class without a record dedicated to the dance floor.
“BigBootiezAnthem” announces its intended social territory right in the title.
This is the provocative, playful, grown-folks side of the CRUSH identity.
The side that understands parties aren’t always about delivering profound messages.
Sometimes they’re about confidence, movement, attraction, and creating an atmosphere where people feel free to celebrate.
The record’s title makes it a natural candidate for dance-centered visual promotion, DJ consideration, and the nightlife-facing side of the album campaign.
But the most important element is the personality.
Mr CRUSH doesn’t hide the outrageous side of his entertainment brand.
He makes it part of the curriculum.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Report to the dance floor. Participation is strongly encouraged.
09. MY TURN
DEPARTMENT OF AMBITION, OPPORTUNITY & SELF-BELIEF
The party pauses long enough for somebody to remember why they came to college in the first place.
“My Turn” introduces one of the album’s most useful conceptual contrasts.
After the social spectacle of the opening eight records, the ninth title turns inward.
Not toward the crowd.
Toward the individual.
It’s a phrase loaded with competitive meaning.
The athlete waiting to enter the game.
The entrepreneur ready for a breakthrough.
The artist who has watched others receive opportunities.
The person who knows their moment is approaching and refuses to remain invisible.
For CRUSH, this theme connects naturally with his larger creative ambitions.
A brand doesn’t become an empire through celebration alone.
It requires initiative.
“My Turn” gives the album a title that can speak to ambition as directly as the surrounding records speak to entertainment.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Stop waiting for somebody else to choose you. Prepare to take your opportunity.
10. COLLEGE & ALUMNI GURLZ
DEPARTMENT OF HOMECOMING BEAUTY & REUNION CHEMISTRY
Freshman energy meets grown-woman confidence at the annual alumni mixer.
One of the defining features of homecoming is the mixture of generations.
Current adult students.
Recent graduates.
Alumni returning from cities across the country.
Former classmates who haven’t crossed paths in years.
“College & Alumni Gurlz” places the women of that environment at the center of the album’s social imagination.
The title is distinctly homecoming-oriented.
It acknowledges the fashion, attraction, confidence, and reunion excitement that make the weekend feel different from an ordinary Saturday night.
The contrast between college and alumni also reinforces the album’s 21+ concept.
This isn’t simply nostalgia for being young.
It’s a celebration of adulthood and the different stages of life represented at the same gathering.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Appreciate the reunion, respect the women, and understand that confidence doesn’t have an expiration date.
11. MR PUT THAT SHIT ON
DEPARTMENT OF ADVANCED FASHION & PERSONAL BRANDING
The dress code is expensive-looking confidence.
At homecoming, fashion can become its own competitive sport.
Outfits are coordinated weeks in advance.
Shoes are carefully selected.
Accessories are debated.
Photos become part of the permanent record.
And somebody always arrives determined to win the unofficial best-dressed championship.
“Mr Put that Shit On” belongs to that atmosphere.
The title is more than a fashion reference.
It’s a declaration of self-presentation.
Mr CRUSH is a character built around being noticed, and clothing is one of the most immediate ways an entertainer communicates identity before performing a single song.
The phrase also works as a natural promotional bridge into artist photography, fashion editorials, homecoming visuals, and lifestyle branding.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Dress like your appearance is part of the performance.
12. MIDNIGHT
DEPARTMENT OF AFTER-HOURS TRANSITIONS
The campus doesn’t close. It changes personalities.
Every homecoming weekend has a moment when the official schedule gives way to the unofficial one.
The game is over.
The daytime outfits are gone.
The alumni have changed locations.
The phones are ringing.
And the night is just beginning for the people who planned to stay out.
“Midnight” is a title that immediately creates atmosphere.
It divides the social experience into before and after.
Before midnight, people are preparing, gathering, arriving, and deciding what comes next.
After midnight, the night develops a different set of possibilities.
Within the CRUSHTOBER curriculum, the title functions as a conceptual doorway into the later hours of adult social life.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Understand that the second half of the night has its own rules.
FOURTH SEMESTER: PERSONALITY, IDENTITY & THE UNEXPECTED
13. SHALOM BLAKK
DEPARTMENT OF CULTURAL IDENTITY & UNCONVENTIONAL EXPRESSION
One of the most intriguing titles in the entire course catalog.
“Shalom Blakk” immediately stands apart.
The word “shalom” carries associations with peace, greeting, and well-being, while the stylized spelling of “Blakk” gives the title an additional identity-focused dimension.
Without assuming the record’s lyrical message, the combination is striking.
It doesn’t read like an ordinary nightlife slogan.
It suggests a distinctive persona, expression, or cultural idea that deserves closer attention.
That’s valuable within a 21-record project.
An album this expansive benefits from titles that surprise the audience and resist immediate categorization.
“Shalom Blakk” is one of those titles.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Don’t judge a record by its title alone. Discover what makes its identity different.
14. BONNET
DEPARTMENT OF BEAUTY CULTURE & EVERYDAY INTIMACY
The beauty routine has officially entered the academic curriculum.
A bonnet might seem like an unlikely subject beside football, homecoming, and nightlife.
But that is exactly what makes it interesting.
In contemporary beauty culture, bonnets carry familiar associations with hair care, protection, comfort, personal routines, and the difference between public presentation and private everyday life.
They also appear in broader conversations about style, cultural identity, relationships, and social expectations.
“Bonnet” brings a small, recognizable object into the center of the album’s creative universe.
The title has the potential to inspire humor, visual storytelling, cultural discussion, and instantly recognizable promotional imagery.
It reminds the audience that a memorable song concept doesn’t always require a grand subject.
Sometimes the most specific details are the most relatable.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Respect the routine. Protect the crown.
15. NOT ME
DEPARTMENT OF BOUNDARIES, DENIAL & PERSONAL STANDARDS
Three words that can change the direction of an entire conversation.
“Not Me” is one of the most flexible statements in the album.
Not me accepting less.
Not me falling for that again.
Not me taking the blame.
Not me missing my opportunity.
Not me following somebody else’s rules.
The exact lyrical meaning belongs to the recording, but the title alone offers a strong thematic contrast with the rest of the curriculum.
Where some records celebrate participation, “Not Me” suggests refusal.
Where others focus on social connection, it suggests individuality.
And where the album’s larger atmosphere encourages people to join the party, this title reminds them that personal boundaries still matter.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Know when to participate — and when to say no.
FIFTH SEMESTER: THE ANIME & POP-CULTURE DEPARTMENT HAS TAKEN OVER
16. ANIME
DEPARTMENT OF ANIMATED WORLDS & LIMITLESS IMAGINATION
The curriculum just crossed into another universe.
By track sixteen, CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY has already explored athletics, fashion, nightlife, romance, identity, and ambition.
Then comes “Anime.”
Suddenly, the imaginative possibilities expand.
Anime is a world of extraordinary characters, transformations, rivalries, battles, visual symbolism, and fictional universes with passionate global audiences.
For an artist already interested in highly stylized animated music videos and exaggerated character design, the subject is a natural creative frontier.
The title invites an entirely different promotional aesthetic from the campus-based records.
One that can embrace dramatic transformations, oversized personalities, and colorful fictional environments.
The college experience is still the album’s framework.
But the imagination is no longer confined to the campus.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Expand your universe. Ordinary character development is no longer sufficient.
17. HUNTER X HUNTER EPISODE 304
DEPARTMENT OF ANIME LORE & ELITE COMPETITION
The class has entered a level of fandom where every detail matters.
“Hunter x Hunter Episode 304” is one of the album’s most specific and unusual titles.
The reference to Hunter x Hunter connects the project to a recognizable anime universe associated with ambition, competition, strategy, loyalty, and extraordinary abilities.
The numerical episode reference adds another layer of intrigue.
Rather than treating the title as a generic anime shout-out, it becomes a conversation starter.
Why that number?
What does the reference represent to the artist?
How does it connect to the record’s larger identity?
Those are questions that can give the song a distinctive promotional life among listeners who appreciate pop-culture references.
For CRUSH Magazine, it’s also a reminder that the artist’s interests extend beyond the familiar subjects of Southern hip-hop.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Pay attention to the references. The smallest detail might start the biggest conversation.
18. JOHNNI DEEPP
DEPARTMENT OF CINEMATIC PERSONAS & UNPREDICTABLE CHARACTERS
The university’s film department has officially gone off-script.
“Johnni Deepp” takes a recognizable celebrity-name reference and reshapes it through stylized spelling.
The title immediately suggests character, performance, eccentricity, and a larger-than-life cinematic identity.
Within a project already filled with different personalities, this record creates another opportunity for theatrical expression.
The appeal is in the character concept.
An artist doesn’t have to limit every song to a literal description of everyday life.
Sometimes a title can function like a costume.
A role.
A dramatic entrance.
A personality that exists for the duration of one creative experience.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Develop your character. Make the entrance unforgettable.
19. DEMURE DEROZAN
DEPARTMENT OF BASKETBALL ELEGANCE & INTERNET CULTURE
Very mindful. Very competitive. Very difficult to guard.
Few titles capture the collision between sports culture and internet language as efficiently as “Demure DeRozan.”
The reference to NBA star DeMar DeRozan brings basketball into the picture.
The word “demure” introduces the vocabulary of social-media trends associated with restraint, composure, and deliberate presentation.
Together, the two ideas produce an entertaining contradiction.
Calm on the surface.
Competitive underneath.
Controlled presentation.
Serious performance.
For an artist with deep basketball roots, this kind of sports wordplay fits naturally into his creative identity.
And for a college-themed album, basketball belongs on the curriculum just as comfortably as football.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Stay composed. Make your move. Let the results speak.
FINAL SEMESTER: THE CAMPUS HAS COMPLETELY LOST ITS MIND
20. LILO & STITCH
DEPARTMENT OF CHAOS, COMPANIONSHIP & CULTURAL NOSTALGIA
The university’s most mischievous exchange students have arrived.
“Lilo & Stitch” is an instantly recognizable pop-culture reference associated with unlikely companionship, family, humor, and lovable chaos.
Its placement near the end of CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY gives the album another unexpected creative turn.
After football, nightlife, anime, fashion, and basketball, the project arrives at a title drawn from a completely different entertainment world.
That’s part of the album’s personality.
Mr CRUSH isn’t restricting his references to one cultural category.
He is drawing from the media, memories, characters, and experiences that make up a broader entertainment vocabulary.
The result is a course title that feels playful, nostalgic, and mischievous.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Embrace your weird side. Every university needs a little chaos.
21. TRICK OR TREAT
DEPARTMENT OF HALLOWEEN MISCHIEF & FINAL EXAMINATIONS
The semester ends in October. Of course the final exam is Halloween.
There’s something especially fitting about closing an album called CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+ with “Trick or Treat.”
October is already built into the project’s identity.
Halloween is one of the month’s most recognizable celebrations.
And the phrase “trick or treat” carries a playful sense of surprise, reward, mischief, and uncertainty.
As the twenty-first and final record, the title gives the album a natural seasonal conclusion.
The campus has moved through homecoming.
The relationships have become complicated.
The athletes have competed.
The dancers have celebrated.
The characters have transformed.
And now the entire university reaches its final October ritual.
A costume.
A surprise.
A little mischief.
One last celebration.
CLASS ASSIGNMENT: Complete the semester. Survive the night. Come back next CRUSHTOBER.
THE BIGGER PICTURE: THIS ISN’T A PLAYLIST. IT’S AN ENTIRE SOCIAL UNIVERSE.
What makes CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+ an interesting promotional concept is the variety of recognizable subjects contained within one album.
The project doesn’t have to depend on one narrow audience.
It has entry points for listeners interested in Southern college culture, HBCU homecoming, football, basketball, adult nightlife, fashion, relationships, anime, and pop-culture references.
Those interests aren’t identical.
But they can coexist within the same artist’s world.
And that’s where the three CRUSH identities become important.
PLUG NOT A RAPPER is the recording identity.
PARTYPLUGMIKEY embodies the social energy and party-host personality.
MR CRUSH connects the music to the broader creative brand.
Not three separate performers.
Three expressions of one artist.
That distinction gives the album’s many subjects a recognizable center.
The artist doesn’t need every song to share an identical concept.
He needs listeners to recognize the personality connecting them.
FROM SAVANNAH STATE TO THE SOUTHERN ENTERTAINMENT CIRCUIT
The album’s college setting carries particular meaning when viewed alongside Mr CRUSH’s Savannah roots.
Savannah State University, its homecoming traditions, and the wider culture of Southern college celebrations provide a powerful real-world backdrop.
The broader regional connection extends through Atlanta, Jacksonville, Miami, and the communities where Southern music, nightlife, sports, and college reunions intersect.
This is why the CRUSHTOBER concept has room to expand beyond a traditional album campaign.
It could inspire university-themed music videos, individual song features, homecoming-inspired performances, fashion editorials, campus-style promotional materials, dance content, and future live entertainment experiences.
The possibilities are not limited to a single release weekend.
The concept is built around experiences people revisit.
And homecoming is the ultimate example of an experience people return to year after year.
THE CRUSH MAGAZINE VERDICT: TWENTY-ONE DIFFERENT DOORS INTO ONE WORLD
CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+ is a creative statement about scale.
Not simply the number of tracks.
The number of different identities, references, settings, and social experiences that one artist is willing to place under a single concept.
“Goin” opens the doors.
“F*** 2 Good” and “Hi” introduce adult social chemistry.
“Sip Sumn University Ave,” “MEAC Homecoming,” and “Crush Da Yard” establish the campus world.
“Arch Madness” brings championship competition.
“BigBootiezAnthem” makes room for the dancers.
“My Turn” introduces ambition.
“College & Alumni Gurlz” and “Mr Put that Shit On” celebrate the social scene.
“Midnight” moves the atmosphere into the late hours.
“Shalom Blakk,” “Bonnet,” and “Not Me” add unconventional identity and everyday cultural references.
“Anime,” “Hunter x Hunter Episode 304,” “Johnni Deepp,” and “Demure DeRozan” expand the creative universe into fandom, cinema, and sports wordplay.
“Lilo & Stitch” introduces playful chaos.
And “Trick or Treat” brings the entire semester home to October.
TWENTY-ONE RECORDS. TWENTY-ONE COURSE TITLES. ONE ENTERTAINMENT WORLD THAT REFUSES TO MAJOR IN JUST ONE SUBJECT.
The final assignment belongs to the audience.
Don’t simply read about the curriculum.
LISTEN TO THE RECORDS.
Find your favorite.
Share the album.
Introduce somebody else to the CRUSH universe.
And decide which class deserves the highest grade.
