ONE BRAND. TWO SEASONS. TEN MOMENTS.
The CRUSH Road Map From Georgia Homecoming 2026 to the Spring 2027 Beach Circuit
CRUSH MAGAZINE™ | CRUSH UNIVERSITY™
Some brands build campaigns.
Some build events.
Some build weekends.
The bigger opportunity is building something people eventually plan their calendar around.
The date they request off.
The weekend the group chat starts preparing for months in advance.
The hotel booked before the flyer is finished.
The annual trip everybody already knows is coming.
The Homecoming they refuse to miss.
The beach weekend that becomes tradition.
That’s when an event begins becoming something more valuable:
A CULTURAL APPOINTMENT.
And from Fall 2026 through Spring 2027, CRUSH has an opportunity to begin connecting those appointments.
Two seasons.
Multiple cities.
College campuses.
Football weekends.
Beaches.
Major cities.
HBCUs.
Public universities.
Homecoming.
Spring Break.
Memorial Day.
Juneteenth.
One expanding road map.
ONE BRAND.
TWO SEASONS.
TEN MOMENTS.
MOMENT 01
ATLANTA
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2026
GEORGIA STATE
Start in the city.
Downtown Atlanta.
Not outside the action.
Inside it.
Georgia State exists in a market where students live alongside professional sports, government, business, entertainment, hospitality, technology and one of America’s most influential Black cultural economies.
That’s an appropriate place to begin.
Because the first lesson of CRUSH UNIVERSITY™ isn’t about throwing a party.
It’s about understanding attention.
Atlanta has plenty of it.
The challenge is earning some.
MOMENT 02
ATHENS
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2026
UGA
Twenty-four hours.
Different city.
Different customer.
Different culture.
Athens on a football Saturday operates with enormous gravitational pull.
The stadium matters.
The kickoff matters.
The tailgate matters.
Downtown matters.
Tradition matters.
Here the lesson changes:
TIMING.
You don’t fight the biggest cultural event in the city.
You understand how people move around it.
MOMENT 03
ATLANTA
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2026
THE AUC
Morehouse.
Spelman.
Clark Atlanta.
Now CRUSH returns to Atlanta—
but culturally, enters another world.
The Atlanta University Center represents generations of Black educational achievement and institutional history.
It also represents something extremely valuable for the future:
A dense network of students, alumni, entrepreneurs, creators and professionals.
The lesson:
NETWORK.
The crowd isn’t merely an audience.
It’s people who may build together long after Homecoming ends.
MOMENT 04
ALBANY
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2026
ALBANY STATE
South Georgia.
Golden Rams.
HBCU Homecoming.
The road leaves Atlanta’s density and enters a regional market where community relationships can carry enormous weight.
Here the lesson is:
TRUST.
Who actually knows the market?
Who has credibility?
Who can move people?
Which local businesses understand the weekend?
Who has been building there before anybody from outside arrived?
A successful tour doesn’t enter a city believing it knows everything.
It listens first.
MOMENT 05
SAVANNAH
OCTOBER 16–17, 2026
SAVANNAH STATE
Now the road reaches the coast.
But don’t pack the swimsuit yet.
This isn’t beach season.
This is Homecoming.
Tigers.
Alumni.
Football.
Bands.
Students.
Savannah.
Friday.
Saturday.
And a current event anchor:
SEY HEY.
Savannah teaches:
ROOTS.
Because the city carries history far older than any modern event.
You don’t manufacture Savannah’s identity.
You respect it.
MOMENT 06
STATESBORO
NOVEMBER 6–7, 2026
GEORGIA SOUTHERN
The Fall 2026 finale.
Eagle Nation.
Homecoming.
A college town.
Students.
Alumni.
Football.
One final road trip before the semester moves toward its conclusion.
Statesboro teaches:
RETURN.
Because Homecoming’s power isn’t that students are already there.
It’s that alumni choose to come back.
Again.
And again.
And again.
That repeated behavior is what every great cultural brand eventually wants:
Tradition.
THEN THE ROAD STOPS.
For a moment.
November.
December.
January.
Winter.
No need to force another event.
Let the content travel.
Let the relationships develop.
Let the audience remember.
Let the next chapter become desirable.
Because eventually—
winter makes everybody start thinking about water.
And that’s when Season Two begins.
MOMENT 07
MIAMI
MARCH 13–16, 2027
SPRING BREAK
Now the psychology completely changes.
Nobody is coming home.
Everybody is leaving.
Flights.
Hotels.
Road trips.
Swimwear.
Ocean.
South Florida.
Spring Break.
Miami teaches:
DESTINATION.
For Homecoming, the institution creates the reason to travel.
For Spring Break, the destination has to create it.
Different business.
Different marketing.
Different customer behavior.
MOMENT 08
SAVANNAH / TYBEE
APRIL 16–19, 2027
THE COAST
Now Savannah appears again.
But look at how much changed.
October:
Savannah State.
April:
Savannah/Tybee.
Fall:
Homecoming.
Spring:
Beach weekend.
One city becomes the connection between two seasons.
And there is one rule:
ONE TYBEE WEEKEND.
One concentrated Savannah/Tybee spring destination.
No second Tybee date.
No Allenhurst extension.
April 16–19.
Savannah provides the city.
Tybee provides the beach.
The lesson:
CONCENTRATION.
Don’t dilute the moment.
Build one weekend people recognize.
MOMENT 09
ATLANTA
MAY 21–25, 2027
CRUSH ATLANTA®
Memorial Day Weekend.
The road returns to Atlanta.
Again.
But look at the pattern.
October 2026:
College culture.
May 2027:
Destination entertainment.
Same city.
Different customer motivation.
Atlanta teaches:
REINVENTION.
A brand should be recognizable without producing the same experience every time.
MOMENT 10
JACKSONVILLE
JUNE 19–21, 2027
JUNETEENTH WEEKEND
Florida closes the circuit.
Not Miami.
Jacksonville.
A different city.
Different coastline.
Different regional audience.
Juneteenth weekend.
The final lesson:
EXPANSION.
Because by this point the road has moved beyond a single Georgia event ecosystem.
The map is becoming regional.
NOW CONNECT THE TEN MOMENTS
Atlanta.
Athens.
Atlanta.
Albany.
Savannah.
Statesboro.
Then:
Miami.
Savannah/Tybee.
Atlanta.
Jacksonville.
At first, it looks like geography.
Look closer.
It’s customer development.
Every city teaches something.
Every weekend generates information.
Every successful event creates trust.
Every piece of content creates awareness.
Every relationship creates another possibility.
THE GOAL ISN’T TEN PARTIES
That’s too small.
The goal is ten moments that strengthen one another.
Imagine the customer journey.
Someone discovers CRUSH in Atlanta during Fall 2026.
They follow.
They watch Athens.
They see the AUC content.
They see Savannah.
They watch the Statesboro finale.
Winter arrives.
Then:
Miami gets announced.
Now CRUSH isn’t a stranger.
The customer has been watching for months.
That’s brand equity.
THE GOAL ISN’T TEN FLYERS EITHER
Flyers disappear.
Stories travel.
Every stop should produce:
Photography.
Video.
Editorial.
Interviews.
Campus features.
City guides.
Music coverage.
Fashion.
Entrepreneur profiles.
Athlete stories.
Student leadership.
Alumni stories.
Now ten events can produce hundreds of pieces of media.
That’s leverage.
THE EVENTS SHOULD CREATE MEDIA.
THE MEDIA SHOULD CREATE DEMAND.
That’s the cycle.
An incredible Athens recap makes somebody curious about the AUC stop.
A strong Savannah State weekend makes somebody follow the brand.
Months later they see Savannah/Tybee.
Now one season is selling another.
CRUSH Magazine™ becomes the connective tissue.
THE AUDIENCE SHOULD GET BIGGER WITHOUT BECOMING GENERIC
This matters.
Growth doesn’t mean talking to everybody the same way.
UGA content should understand UGA.
Albany State content should understand Albany State.
Savannah State content should understand Savannah State.
Georgia Southern content should understand Georgia Southern.
Miami content should understand Miami.
Tybee content should understand Tybee.
Local specificity creates authenticity.
The master brand creates connection.
THE PROMOTER NETWORK SHOULD TRAVEL TOO
Imagine building relationships with strong operators in:
Atlanta.
Athens.
Albany.
Savannah.
Statesboro.
Miami.
Jacksonville.
Now CRUSH doesn’t have to rediscover every market each year.
Relationships remain.
The next event becomes easier.
Then the next.
That’s how infrastructure compounds.
THE SPONSOR STORY BECOMES STRONGER
One isolated event can sell attendance.
A multi-market platform can sell:
Reach.
Frequency.
Geography.
Content.
College audiences.
Alumni audiences.
Travel audiences.
Lifestyle.
Sports.
Music.
Fashion.
Hospitality.
That’s a different sponsorship conversation.
The question changes from:
“Do you want to sponsor our party?”
to:
“Do you want to activate across the CRUSH calendar?”
That’s a more serious asset.
STUDENTS CAN BECOME PART OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE
Not just customers.
Campus correspondents.
Photographers.
Writers.
Creators.
Ambassadors.
Designers.
Entrepreneurs.
Production interns.
Marketing talent.
Imagine building a network where students across multiple universities contribute to documenting their own campus culture.
Now CRUSH UNIVERSITY™ becomes more than a name.
It becomes a pipeline.
ALUMNI CAN BECOME PART OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE
Mentors.
Sponsors.
Business owners.
Investors.
Speakers.
Customers.
Partners.
Professional resources.
Homecoming brings them physically back.
The larger opportunity is keeping them connected after they leave.
LOCAL BUSINESSES CAN BECOME PART OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE
Restaurants.
Hotels.
Venues.
Transportation.
Barbers.
Stylists.
Boutiques.
Photographers.
Caterers.
Security.
Production companies.
Every stop requires businesses.
The tour can either extract from local markets—
or build with them.
The second approach lasts longer.
EVENT ONE SHOULD MAKE EVENT TEN BETTER
That’s the standard.
By Jacksonville 2027, the operation should know more than it knew in Atlanta 2026.
Better ticketing.
Better marketing.
Better contracts.
Better venue selection.
Better content.
Better customer communication.
Better sponsorship.
Better safety.
Better budgeting.
Better relationships.
A tour should become smarter while it moves.
THAT’S WHAT THE CALENDAR REALLY REPRESENTS
Not dates.
Development.
October teaches November.
Fall teaches spring.
Georgia teaches Florida.
Homecoming teaches destination travel.
Media teaches marketing.
Customers teach product.
Mistakes teach operations.
Relationships teach expansion.
The road becomes the classroom.
ONE BRAND.
Because consistency matters.
TWO SEASONS.
Because culture changes with the calendar.
TEN MOMENTS.
Because every stop should matter.
SEASON ONE
CRUSH UNIVERSITY™
FALL HOMECOMING 2026
OCTOBER 2 — ATLANTA
OCTOBER 3 — ATHENS
OCTOBER 9 — AUC / ATLANTA
OCTOBER 10 — ALBANY
OCTOBER 16–17 — SAVANNAH
NOVEMBER 6–7 — STATESBORO
SEASON TWO
CRUSH SPRING 2027
MARCH 13–16 — MIAMI
APRIL 16–19 — SAVANNAH / TYBEE
MAY 21–25 — ATLANTA
JUNE 19–21 — JACKSONVILLE
Ten moments.
Two seasons.
Seven destination markets.
Multiple campuses.
Thousands of potential customers.
Hundreds of potential partners.
Countless stories.
And one larger objective:
MAKE THE CALENDAR MATTER.
Not because CRUSH tells people it matters.
Because eventually people begin planning around it.
That’s the transition.
Event.
Tour.
Tradition.
Institution.
It doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens one successful weekend at a time.

BUILD DATES PEOPLE REMEMBER.
