Since the early 2000s, Orange Crush® has been historically associated with the April 10–12 spring-break weekend. Students, alumni, and HBCUs have long recognized April 10–12 as the real weekend, regardless of whether cities issued permits. This date holds the legacy, the tradition, and the federal trademark authority behind it.
