THE PLUG HAS 21 REASONS YOU NEED TO PRESS PLAY.

MR CRUSH DIDN’T COME TO FIT INTO ONE GENRE, ONE PERSONALITY, OR ONE PLAYLIST. CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+ IS HIS OPEN INVITATION TO EXPERIENCE THE WHOLE PACKAGE.

CRUSH MAGAZINE | OCTOBER 2026

ONE ARTIST. THREE IDENTITIES. 21 TRACKS. ZERO INTEREST IN BEING ORDINARY.

Some artists spend their careers trying to find one lane.

Mr CRUSH appears more interested in building an entire interstate system.

One exit leads to a football field. Another leads to a packed nightclub. A third opens into an anime-inspired universe. Somewhere along the route, somebody is dressed like they’re attending the Met Gala on a scholarship, a basketball reference becomes a personality statement, and a Savannah party host is preparing to introduce himself to the rest of the world.

Welcome to CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+.

It’s a 21-track album built around the creative personality of Mr CRUSH, PartyPlugMikey, and Plug Not A Rapper — three identities belonging to one artist.

The project isn’t interested in behaving like a traditional classroom.

The curriculum is unconventional.

The extracurricular activities are adults-only.

And the listening assignment is mandatory for anybody who wants to have an informed opinion.

YOU CAN’T GRADE AN ALBUM YOU HAVEN’T HEARD.

That’s where the CRUSHTOBER campaign begins.

THE NAME IS CRUSH. THE PERSONALITY IS MULTIDIMENSIONAL.

What happens when the party host, the recording artist, and the larger-than-life entertainment character all occupy the same creative space?

You get an artist whose interests refuse to sit quietly in separate categories.

Mr CRUSH brings the ambition and visual identity.

PartyPlugMikey brings the social energy, humor, and nightlife sensibility.

Plug Not A Rapper brings the recording catalog and musical experimentation.

Together, those identities give CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+ a distinct promotional advantage.

It can appeal to people for different reasons without pretending everybody has the same interests.

A football enthusiast might gravitate toward “Arch Madness” featuring TYNIEE.

A fashion enthusiast might be curious about “Mr Put that Shit On.”

An anime fan might head directly for “Hunter x Hunter Episode 304.”

A college-culture enthusiast might begin with “MEAC Homecoming” or “Crush Da Yard.”

And somebody looking for a late-night soundtrack might be drawn to “Midnight.”

Those aren’t promises that every song sounds a particular way.

They’re invitations to discover what the artist has actually created.

THE TITLES START THE CONVERSATION. THE MUSIC HAS TO FINISH IT.

SAVANNAH DIDN’T PRODUCE A COOKIE-CUTTER CHARACTER.

Before the university concept, there was Savannah.

Before the album artwork, there were real neighborhoods.

Cloverdale.

Carver Village.

Tatemville.

Cann Park.

Places connected to the experiences that shaped the artist’s perspective.

His background includes competitive basketball, local relationships, education, and participation in Savannah’s social and entertainment environments.

That history gives his music identity a specific geographic foundation.

But the creative ambitions stretch beyond the city limits.

CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+ references a world where sports culture, adult nightlife, online trends, animation, and Southern social experiences overlap.

It’s not an attempt to pretend Savannah is the entire universe.

It’s an attempt to bring Savannah’s influence into a much larger one.

THE 912 ISN’T A LIMITATION. IT’S THE LAUNCH CODE.

THE FIRST SEVEN TRACKS ESTABLISH THE PREMISE.

The album opens with “Goin,” “F* 2 Good,” and “Hi.”**

Three titles that move from action into attraction and introduction.

Then the university concept comes into focus.

“Sip Sumn University Ave” introduces a recognizable social setting.

“MEAC Homecoming” brings Black college culture directly into the album’s vocabulary.

“Crush Da Yard” places the artist’s identity inside that environment.

And “Arch Madness” featuring TYNIEE adds the athletic dimension.

Seven tracks into the official sequence, the conceptual foundation is visible.

Movement.

People.

Places.

School culture.

Competition.

Personality.

That’s the first layer of CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+.

TRACKS EIGHT THROUGH FIFTEEN INTRODUCE THE SOCIAL WORLD.

The middle of the album expands into dance, ambition, fashion, and individual personality.

“BigBootiezAnthem” wears its adult-party intentions in the title.

“My Turn” introduces a more assertive statement of personal opportunity.

“College & Alumni Gurlz” continues the university-inspired social setting.

“Mr Put that Shit On” gives fashion its own spotlight.

“Midnight” establishes a late-night reference point.

Then the titles shift again.

“Shalom Blakk.”

“Bonnet.”

“Not Me.”

Three records with distinctly different naming approaches.

This section illustrates why the project shouldn’t be judged entirely by its university branding.

There’s room for humor, individuality, everyday references, and unexpected subject matter.

The question for listeners is which of those ideas becomes most memorable once the music starts.

THE FINAL SIX TRACKS ENTER ANOTHER DIMENSION.

At track sixteen, the album turns decisively toward pop-culture references.

“Anime.”

“Hunter x Hunter Episode 304.”

“Johnni Deepp.”

“Demure DeRozan.”

“Lilo & Stitch.”

“Trick or Treat.”

Animation.

Film-inspired imagery.

Basketball.

Internet-era language.

October mischief.

It’s an unusual combination for an album presented through a college-inspired framework.

And that’s precisely what makes it worth investigating.

The titles suggest a creator who doesn’t want his interests reduced to a single cultural category.

He can be invested in sports and animation.

Fashion and comedy.

Social life and fictional characters.

That’s not necessarily a contradiction.

It’s the reality of how many modern audiences experience culture.

THE UNIVERSITY HAS A POP-CULTURE DEPARTMENT. AND IT’S DEFINITELY NOT FOLLOWING A STANDARD SYLLABUS.

THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE ISN’T GETTING ATTENTION. IT’S EARNING REPLAYS.

An outrageous title can make somebody curious.

An interesting visual can make somebody stop scrolling.

A clever campaign can make somebody click.

But only the listening experience can determine whether they come back.

That’s why the most important part of this promotional campaign isn’t the headline.

It’s the album link.

Twenty-one completed songs give audiences enough material to form their own opinions.

Some listeners will favor the sports concepts.

Others will prefer the nightlife material.

Some will connect with the pop-culture references.

And some may find their favorite track in a song they initially overlooked.

That possibility is what makes a full-album listening challenge more valuable than promoting only one single.

DON’T LET THE TRACKLIST PICK YOUR FAVORITE FOR YOU.

LISTEN FIRST. RANK LATER.

CRUSH MAGAZINE’S 21-TRACK LISTENING CHALLENGE

Here’s the assignment.

FIRST: Play the album from “Goin” through “Trick or Treat.”

SECOND: Choose the three records you would recommend to somebody who has never heard Mr CRUSH.

THIRD: Decide which song deserves a music video, a dance challenge, or a bigger promotional push.

FOURTH: Send the official playlist to somebody whose musical taste is completely different from yours.

FIFTH: Compare your rankings.

Because the most interesting album conversations don’t happen when everybody agrees.

They happen when one person calls a song the standout and somebody else discovers a completely different favorite.

That’s how a 21-track project becomes a conversation rather than another link passing through a group chat.

THE FINAL WORD: THE PLUG IS OPEN. THE MUSIC IS WAITING.

CRUSHTOBER UNIVERSITY 21+ is a creative statement from an artist who refuses to reduce his personality to one subject.

Savannah provides the roots.

Sports provide competition.

Nightlife provides social energy.

Fashion provides visual identity.

Anime and popular culture provide imagination.

And the three artist identities connect everything.

The album’s ultimate reputation belongs to its listeners.

But nobody has to wait for somebody else’s review to form an opinion.

The complete project is available to hear.

TWENTY-ONE TRACKS.

ONE OFFICIAL PLAYLIST.

YOUR OWN TWO EARS.
